Testimonials

“I want to say that Rick came along when the market was down and we needed help. Since that time, we have been inspired and he has changed our mindset. Our sales were up last year even in a down market and our guys are upbeat. I can only say we have Rick to thank for that.“

Troy Reed
President, LS Building Supply

“...we have seen instant results. It is clear to me that you were able to see things we could not. Whether it is personal coaching, training or consultation you do a great job. The resource you developed will be an integral part of our product training for a long time.“

Mark Hansen

“Thank you for the great work you are doing here. You put your heart into our business and the benefits are tangible. Our regional managers have embraced your leadership and accepted the pipline and databases you have implemented. You have woven our e-newsletters and webinars into a brand campaign that has captured the hearts of our entire independent sales network. I'm glad you are on our team and not our competition!“

It All Starts with a Vision

We begin with a thorough examination of your company to discover the most important factors of sales and marketing success. The project you assign will produce results that improve your sales structure, sales process and generate leads for your organization. The most important discovery involves your Company Vision and how it translates into behaviors for your staff.

Vision

FIVE INDESPENSABLE COMPONENTS OF VISION

Seen – The vision of the company must be consistently communicated in words that are readily understood by all contributors to the organization.

Simplicity – A vision must be simple and provide an unequivocal mission for the entire organization to follow. If an individual has to read a piece of paper to define the company vision or mission statement, then it is most likely not being communicated properly.

Sanity – For some organizations, sales objectives are determined with little reference to reality and market conditions. A solid vision must include benchmarks that can be achieved, measured and attained with dedicated effort.

Shared – Leaders discover how to make each individual a part of the company vision.

Sincere – Ultimately, the vision is something that people will believe in. This is where the culture of your organization is put to the litmus test. Your mission and vision must include behavioral objectives that are well defined for contributors to the organization.
